I discovered scrapbooking when I was working in the tax department for a large magazine publisher that had just acquired a scrapbooking magazine.   I had never heard of this hobby, but started watching scrapbooking shows on DIY television, attending scrapbooking conventions, amassing a great many scrapbooking supplies and quickly became addicted.   After using my “left-brain” at work all day, it is refreshing to use my “right-brain” and work on a creative project.
